Excellent spot! So glad to have a pho spot in downtown Bothell. This spot had wonderful everything! Pho was delish, the banh mi was super flavorful. Service was superb. They are in a soft opening now. I really hope the community comes out to support them and they get a good following. They are worth a visit! ❤️
Fresh, quality ingredients with such a variety on the menu to choose from! The pho was huge and broth was super delicious. Great customer service with staff checking in with us and making sure all was good and waters refilled. Love the higher end feel to this Vietnamese restaurant with well crafted/unique cocktails and whiskey selection. Can’t wait to come back for happy hour to try out the menu and I would choose this place any day over McMenamins.
Had an okay experience here overall. Choke this place because it was a few mins from our hoteParking was a bit difficult. Mostly street parking, and the garage looked like it might be for residents only, so that was a little confusing. When I walked in, I waited more than a few minutes to be greeted and seated. Eventually, someone came to the front and asked, "Do you need help?" which felt a little odd considering I had been sitting at the entrance waiting to be seated. Service was on the slower side throughout. One thing that stood out was that our entrees came out before the appetizer, which was strange since appetizers (salad rolls) usually come first. The restaurant itself is cute and has a nice bar area, which added to the atmosphere. Portions were decent, and the food was good, but nothing especially memorable. Pretty comparable to other Vietnamese spots I've been to. Not bad, just not something I'd go out of my way to come back for. Service could definitely use some improvement and more training.
Soft Opening: We got the loaded fries, the chicken vermicelli salad, and the beef pho. …
For the area this is a great viet inspired resturant. The pho broth tasted very light and clean. I do wish they had a Pho Tai option as I do not like the other cuts of beef in the bowl but that's a personal preference. The vermicelli bowl was also very light and I loved the ratio of greens to noodles. The chicken had a nice char flavor to it and the fish sauce was made well. Service was really friendly. I'd recommend giving them a try!
