About

Saigon Alley AYCE Hotpot is listed on FindALoco in Las Vegas, NV with address, phone, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Vietnamese Restaurant.

Saigon Alley AYCE Hotpot is a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 7920 S Rainbow Blvd #115, Las Vegas, NV 89139. Its all-you-can-eat hotpot format makes the meal interactive: guests choose ingredients, cook them in broth at the table, and can tailor each bite with dipping sauce. Customer reviews call out the beef broth, which one diner compared to pho broth, as well as fresh meat and a selection that can include seafood and Wagyu beef on the foodies menu. For diners who enjoy Vietnamese flavors and the hands-on rhythm of hotpot, it offers a chance to make dinner a shared experience rather than simply order a plate apiece.

Reviews also highlight appetizers, especially pork jowl skewers, and describe service as great during one group visit. The restaurant has drawn families and larger parties, including a group of seven who visited for lunch, so it may suit friends or relatives who want time to cook and eat together. One reviewer recommends taking a little care with the dipping sauce, since mixing a combination that suits your taste can shape the experience. The all-you-can-eat meal has a time limit, which a reviewer felt allowed enough time to enjoy the food. As with any hotpot meal, the pace is flexible: guests can cook ingredients as they go and decide what they would like to try next.

Feedback on value and service is mixed, and that context can help set expectations. Some customers praise the food and consider the first visit worthwhile, while others have raised concerns about smaller meat portions, limited choices on a lower-priced menu, the cost of a higher-priced menu, or slower service on a return visit. Menu options and the pace of service may vary, so guests deciding between available menus can check current details with the restaurant before dining. The listed rating is 4.8 from 155 reviews, while individual experiences naturally differ. For a group, it can be useful to arrive with time to settle in, compare menu choices, and enjoy the meal without rushing.

Saigon Alley AYCE Hotpot is open Monday through Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Thursday through Sunday from noon to 11 p.m., according to its listed hours. That schedule offers evening visits during the first part of the week and lunch as well as dinner from Thursday onward. A reviewer notes that evenings can be busy and mentions a shared parking lot with EOS gym, useful details to keep in mind when planning a visit. Whether you are nearby or looking for Vietnamese hotpot in Las Vegas, this spot is a practical choice for diners who value a communal meal, broth-led flavors, and the freedom to cook at the table. Check current hours and menu details before heading over, especially if you are planning a group outing.

Right down the street from where I live. You have to learn how to concoct a great dipping sauce to make your experience reach the highest levels. Consult your ancestors on how to do this. The meat is fresh. The time limit they give you for all you can eat is more than enough. As I am writing this review, I am in bed uncomfortable of how full I am. Its delicious and well worth the money.

Edit negatives 2: i visit again. The service has slowed down A LOT The meat slices seem to get even smaller. The 40$ menu has very limited option. I still think worth the first experience, but not NOT WORTH it for food value. 60$ menu OVERPRICED The negatives: Meat slices are small and not real good quality waygu, the 60usd menu isnt worth it. Strict last call without any warnings. No utensils to scoop from the hotpot, only has chopsticks Why 5 star despite all? First of all service excellent and FAST. As for food, the options are one of a kind. The spring roll is so crispy! I love how unique the idea of this store- the dessert, drinks, broth. Feels authentic Vietnamese, a lot of cute little side dishes.

Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve been blown away, especially at all you can eat restaurant. I feel like a lot of the places use the same supplier and all the food somewhat tastes the same but this place is an exception, actually …

One of my favorite Vegas Hotpot places. Love the beef broth which is basically a pho broth. The apps are delicious, especially the pork jowl skewers. I'm so glad they extended their hours because the evenings were super busy and packed. Sharing a parking lot with EOS gym is probably the only con to this place. All of the wait staff are super nice and the food comes out fast once ordered off the iPad.
