Saigon Baguette is a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, NV, known for banh mi sandwiches built around freshly baked baguettes. Located at 5845 Spring Mountain Rd Ste 130, Las Vegas, NV 89146, it offers a straightforward stop for Vietnamese flavors in a casual, easy-in-and-out setting. Customer reviews highlight the bread’s crisp exterior and softer center, a texture that gives each sandwich a satisfying first bite. The shop is especially suited to people seeking a focused meal rather than a long sit-down occasion, whether they are stopping by for lunch or picking up a sandwich to enjoy elsewhere.

Banh mi is the central draw, with customer favorites including grilled pork, pork, and Vietnamese meatball sandwiches. Reviewers describe ordering combination and pork options, sometimes with extra vegetables, and appreciate the fresh baguette alongside the fillings. Preferences vary: one customer mentions enjoying the pork’s richer, fattier texture, while another prefers leaner meat. That variety of experiences makes it useful to check the menu and choose according to your taste. The common thread in the feedback is a freshly made sandwich with crisp bread, vegetables, and familiar Vietnamese-style fillings, offered at what customers describe as reasonable pricing.

The atmosphere and service suit a quick, uncomplicated visit. Customers report fast service and, at some times, little or no wait; the experience can be convenient when you want to order, collect your food, and get on with your day. Several reviews also emphasize that the bread is baked in-house and that availability may be limited once the day’s supply is gone. If a particular sandwich matters to your plans, arriving earlier may be a practical choice, especially since the restaurant’s posted schedule is daytime-focused. It is a useful option for solo lunches, casual meals with family, or anyone exploring banh mi around Spring Mountain Road.

Saigon Baguette is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; it is closed Wednesday and Sunday. These hours make it a daytime destination, so check the schedule before visiting, particularly around the midweek closure. With a 4.6 rating from 213 reviews, the restaurant has drawn positive feedback for its fresh bread, flavorful sandwiches, quick service, and family ownership. For locals and visitors looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas, Saigon Baguette offers an approachable way to enjoy banh mi, from grilled pork to meatball, at its Spring Mountain Road location.

This place came highly recommended by a fellow banh mi foodie. I ordered the combination (#3, I think, on the menu). Service was quick! What stood out on my first bite was the fresh baguette. The crunch was perfect, followed by the softer inside. I would have liked it to have a bit more of the pickled daikon/carrot, but I'm no connoisseur, just my preference.

Family owned and operated and amazing! I love their banh mi thit nuong! Easy in and out which is exactly what you want from a banh mi restaurant. It’s also in the same plaza as Airoma so a drink from there and a sandwich from Saigon Baguette is a win of a combo!

Got there at 11AM, no line and very fast. Got the number 1 pork sandwich and extra veges, bread is fresh and crispy outside. With extra veggies less than $10, good deal, one side not, if you like crispy pork with lots of fat, you will enjoy it, personally I like the pork more lean.

The food is so delicious here. It’s fresh and locally family owned. The bread is baked fresh and they make my favorite viet meat ball sandwich. This place closes midweek on Wednesday but I am happy to drive to spring mountain and eat this …

Two things to note - They make fresh bread in-house and once it’s gone it’s gone for the day - the pricing for a Banh Mi is absolutely reasonable Love this family own restaurant it’s been one of the “go-to” spots for quite some time now. Banh mi sandwiches are amazing obviously because the bread really makes it. Lots of different choices whether if you’re vegetarian or craving some type of meat. Customer service is always very consistent since it’s a small family that runs it. No issues at all especially calling in advance to make sure they have bread left. Small ambience to eat inside, and a few tables outside to eat based on the weather conditions
