We recently tried Saigon Corner off Fort Apache and Russell Road, and I have to say....... for my first time ever having Vietnamese food, it was absolutely delicious! Every dish that came to the table looked amazing. The meats were beautifully marinated and cooked to perfection....tender, flavorful, and not overdone (the server asks you how you wouldlike you steak cooked). The vegetables were fresh and crisp, which really made each plate feel balanced and vibrant. You could tell care went into the preparation. The service was warm and friendly, and the restaurant itself is very clean and welcoming. It was also busy, which is always a great sign. Clearly a lot of people already know how good this place is. Parking is easy, and the location is wheelchair accessible, which makes it convenient for everyone. We also learned it’s the same owners as Pho King in Henderson, and we’re so glad they brought this concept to the Spring Valley area. Saigon Corner is officially one of our new go-to spots. We’ll definitely be back.
It’s been a while since I last had snails and clams, so I was really craving them. Saigon Corner instantly brought back the vibes of Vietnam for me. They have a huge variety of snail and clam dishes, and everything felt very authentic and flavorful. I especially loved the chili butter garlic sauce on the apple snails and flower periwinkles — the sauce was so good that I highly recommend ordering bread just to dip into it. Their cơm tấm (broken rice) was also delicious. The rice had a nice texture, not too wet, and the pork chop was smoky, flavorful, and not dry at all. We also tried the flaming garlic snails, and that sauce was amazing too. The only dish I didn’t really enjoy was the Thai-style clams. The soup was okay, but it didn’t quite taste like the version in Vietnam. I think it could use more lemongrass and a bit more sourness. The staff were friendly, and the decorations really brought back memories of Vietnam. Highly recommend this place if you want to try Vietnamese street food or different snail and clam dishes in Vegas.
We loved the food from snails, was so good, tasted and flavored. Lots of options. The broth from clams stewed with lemongrass and ginger was so delicious.
The food here was seriously impressive. The grilled shrimp were juicy, perfectly charred, and paired really well with the fresh okra and dipping sauce. The snails were super flavorful with a rich, garlicky sauce that had just the right amount of kick. The fresh rolls were also a standout—light, refreshing, and nicely balanced with the savory ham and crunchy veggies, especially with that peanut sauce. Overall, great flavors and presentation. Would definitely come back to try more dishes.
Saigon Corner is one of my go-to Vietnamese spots in Las Vegas. Every time I come here, I already know exactly what I’m ordering because it never disappoints. The escargot with Saigon garlic butter sauce is a must. I always pair that with …
