I had a really unpleasant experience here. The staff came off rude and dismissive, like questions were an annoyance. Service felt unfriendly from start to finish. On top of that, the drinks and food didn’t justify the price. It just wasn’t worth it. I expected better quality and basic courtesy. I won’t be coming back.
If you like Pho, this is a great place to get it. The traditional Vietnamese food items are excellent. Skip the fried stuff if you want to stay healthy. The price is reasonable, expect to spend about $18 per person. The dine in atmosphere is not the best, since most of the orders are for takeout. They are in the process of relocating within the same plaza to larger space, so this aspect could improve.
I accidentally ordered here for a second time after not having an ideal first experience. I ordered well in advance and my order was delayed, so I sat at a table to wait. Remembering their togo containers aren’t ideal, I was going to ask to stay and dine in. I understand there’s a language barrier, but still I was upset by how I was rudely told I had to pick up the order at the counter, and couldn’t sit while I waited for 30 minutes.

First thing, I like to apologize for my horrible phone call. Other than that I found the location and everything was great. I was craving some banh mi, and thought I try this place out. Went in pick up my order and try the banh mi which was great even though it was $8, it was good and you do get a good amount of meat/veggies in it. The drink wasn't bad it was refreshing after the meal I think I got the cherry flavor juice or something. I would recommend the place to a family if you're craving Vietnamese type food.
