Very fast service, good authentic, reasonably priced food although the meats, chicken and shrimp were quite dry or overcooked. One of the first things I noticed was that it was a bit warm inside. But just imagine you've been transported to Southeast Asia. Just adds to the authenticity. But coming in from a soon to be monsoon mid July summer day, I was hoping for some relief. We drank plenty of lemon infused water.

Just what I needed, great vegetable noodle bowl with spring rolls. Large serving. Everything fresh made, and quick. I enjoyed the music and various diners speaking different languages. Great service. I enjoyed the water with fresh fruit. A win all round.

Outstanding Vietnamese Comfort Food with Authentic Flavors We’ve been regular customers of Saigon Jade for quite some time, but after our most recent visit, it felt worth finally writing a review. Two of us came in around 7PM on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was packed, but thankfully we were seated fairly quickly. The restaurant has recently undergone renovations and they’ve also revamped the menu. We started with the mango salad, followed by the Bun Mam (Vietnamese fermented fish vermicelli soup) and the Beef Short Rib Pho. The lotus root salad was excellent — fresh, vibrant, and full of contrasting textures and flavors. The crunchy lotus root, peanuts, and ingredients all worked beautifully together. The Bun Mam tasted very authentic, and the crispy pork was especially impressive. The pork skin was perfectly crisp while still maintaining great flavor and texture. Portion sizes were also very generous. The standout dish, however, was the Beef Short Rib Pho. It came with two massive short ribs that were incredibly tender and clearly slow-cooked for hours. The meat practically fell off the bone, and the broth itself was rich, flavorful, and deeply comforting. Easily one of the best bowls of pho we’ve had in the Phoenix area — honestly, 11/10. If there’s one small critique, it’s that table turnover and cleaning can be a bit slow during peak hours. But considering how consistently busy they are and how high the food quality remains, it’s understandable. Overall, Saigon Jade continues to be one of the top Vietnamese restaurants in the Phoenix area. Authentic food, generous portions, and consistently excellent flavors. We’ll absolutely keep coming back.

They have a huge menu of items not seen at other Vietnamese restaurants. Love the duck soup! It is tasty and authentic. Not too salty nor fatty. The broken rice with grilled pork was good as well and comes with a side of soup, something I haven’t seen in a long time. Service was quick and friendly. This is a sit down restaurant with full service, except that you pay for your meals at the cash register. Quite a few interesting ready made desserts. Definitely worth a return! I’m really keen on trying one of their desserts on display as well as more of the menu.
