Just tried the Wagyu banh mi since my mom’s friends told her it was good. It was not good at all. Save your money. It’s basically two ground beef patties inside the baguette so it’s like a burger. It’s super greasy you don’t even get pickled carrots.

Excellent experience at Saigon Pho. I absolutely loved the food, especially the Bò Nướng Sả (Lemongrass Beef) sandwich. The flavor was outstanding—the beef was juicy, well-seasoned, and had a delicious lemongrass flavor that made it stand out. The coffee was just as impressive and paired perfectly with the meal. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and carefully prepared. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended—and that’s coming from a Mexican recommending Vietnamese food! 🇲🇽🇻🇳

**"Saigon Pho has such a charming vibe! From the outside, seeing people sipping coffee feels just like Vietnam, while inside, it’s a lively café with a great atmosphere. The place is always bustling, which only adds to its charm. The Bun Moc pork soup was incredibly flavorful—adding fresh herbs and chili made it even better. The coffee was bold and well-balanced. I love how spacious yet energetic this place is. Next time, I’m definitely coming back to try their Banh Mi!"**

Nice place to grab a quick bite & drink. My combo banh mi was good, my friend had the xiu mai one which was okay, not as good. Drinks also just okay.

If you’re in the Bellaire area and craving a solid banh mi and a great cup of coffee, this spot is a gem. The bread is perfectly crispy, the fillings are fresh and flavorful, and the coffee hits just right—strong, smooth, and energizing. Stepping in feels like being transported to a quiet morning in Saigon, with the aroma of fresh baguettes in the air and the gentle hum of life starting outside. It’s the kind of place that gives you that perfect morning vibe, especially for Houstonians who miss or love that laid-back, Vietnamese street-side café feel. Great service, chill atmosphere, and just an all-around feel-good start to the day. Highly recommend!
