I rarely leave negative Google reviews, but this time I felt I had to because I was genuinely disappointed by the service I received. I placed a pickup order for three meals after dining at the restaurant previously and really enjoying the food, which is why I decided to come back. When I arrived to pick up my order, I paid for the food but did not leave a tip since it was a pickup order. I politely asked the employee if I could have a cup of ice. As soon as he ( the young male server) saw that I hadn’t left a tip, his attitude noticeably changed. He responded in a rather unfriendly tone and asked how much ice I wanted. He then told me that if I wanted a large cup of ice, I would have to pay an additional $1. I was honestly surprised because I’ve been to many restaurants and have occasionally asked for a cup of ice with a pickup order, and I’ve never been charged for it. After noticing my reaction, he added that if I took a small cup instead (see attached photo), there would be no charge. My order was nearly $50, and I felt uncomfortable that simply not leaving a tip on a pickup order seemed to result in such an unpleasant attitude. After my food was ready, it was left on the counter without anyone letting me know it was ready or inviting me to pick it up. The food here is genuinely delicious, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. That’s exactly why I came back. I sincerely hope management will work on improving customer service and staff attitude, because with service that matches the quality of the food, this restaurant would provide a much better overall experience.

We were out shopping for dresses nearby and decided to stop in for a drink, and it ended up being such a great little break. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the space itself is adorably decorated. The inside really makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto the streets of Saigon—the wall graphics are incredibly detailed, colorful, and full of character. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. Everything was also very clean, which I always appreciate. Another small but nice touch was that they have a bathroom available with a code, which they were happy to provide. Overall, it was a really cute spot with great vibes and friendly service. Definitely a nice place to stop by if you’re in the area and want a quick drink break.
