Sign in to reviewA must-try new Vietnamese resto in the neighborhood! The vermicelli bowl was really appetizing- the aromas and flavors blended well. Banh mi sandwiches were lovely just like what I ate in Saigon, Vietnam when I visited a few years ago. Customer service was excellent. Prices are a bit in the upper level. Overall, a nice dining experience.
We tried this new Vietnamese restaurant, and it was a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff were nice, polite, and attentive. We ordered the beef stew with egg noodles and a side of baguette bread. The meat was tender, and the broth had a rich, flavorful taste. The bread was warm and perfectly toasted. We’ll definitely be back to try other dishes like the Pho, Banh Mi sandwiches, and their teas. The décor was pleasant, with lots of plants that gave the space a fresh and cozy atmosphere.
I recently ate at Saigon Yum and very much enjoyed the food. The pho is well-flavored, slight sweetness and a good complexity in the flavor. I liked how big the portion size was and they were very fair with the cut of meat, I had a perfect amount to finish with my noodles. The Bun Bo Hue is equally good, though I wish it included the blood cubes and pork trotter (saw it was unavailable as an add on). I also really liked their banh mi dac biet- again really tasty and a good size for the price. The restaurant is nicely decorated, I love all the plants everywhere and it has a nice counter space too. The service was really friendly and we were given plenty of time to enjoy the environment. Thanks for a good dining experience.
We are happy for Saigon Yum to be near us. We enjoy the food. They serve "Bo Ne", have to go into Oakland or down to Milpitas to find this dish so we are extremely happy to have them local to us. Bun bo hue is good. Will slowly try the menu but for now am happy with Bo Ne. The complimentary gelatin was nice.
New spot in town and it looks great fresh paint, super clean, and really organized. Service was on point, and our food came out in about 15 minutes. We ordered the Banh Mi and it was really good, nice crunch and great flavor. We also tried the soup and it was delicious. Plus, if you spend $25 or more, you get a free milk tea. Definitely worth checking out!
