Wednesday afternoon, my family and I stopped by while always looking for authentic Vietnamese spots that specialize in seafood, especially shellfish. Located in Orlando’s China town strip plaza, this place offers a variety of shellfish dishes with very elevated presentations, creating a more refined dining experience while still maintaining a warm, homey atmosphere. If you love shellfish, this spot delivers with its unique flavors and variety of options. It wasn’t busy when we arrived, so we were seated right away. The food came out quickly, and the service was friendly and fast throughout our meal. We ordered family-style dishes to share, including the grilled oyster with cheese, grilled apple snails with pepper sauce, Babylon snails with butter, fish sour soup, and pork chop over rice with shrimp bean curd. Since we love shellfish, we were excited to try the different snail dishes. The portions were small but perfect for sharing, and each dish tasted clean and fresh with delicious seasoning. The snails had a naturally chewy texture and paired well with the different sauces. The grilled apple snails with pepper sauce stood out with a distinct flavor profile that was sweet and tangy, almost similar to a BBQ-style sauce. Unfortunately, the grilled oyster with cheese was the biggest disappointment. For around $16 for six oysters, I was expecting a more substantial dish, but the oysters were as small as a toenail and the dish was mostly cheese with very little oyster flavor. It didn’t hit the spot and wasn’t what we were expecting. The fish sour soup was on par with many Vietnamese restaurants, with a well-balanced mix of sour and sweet flavors. The pork chop over rice was a highlight, with a perfectly marinated pork chop and a simple but great presentation. Overall, it was a solid family-style lunch with fast service and a great selection of flavorful dishes to share.

Absolutely loved everything we ordered at thus place! Our favorite dish is the thai hot pot. The portions were decent. The flavoring here is delicious. We recommend the fried salted tofu have less powder seasoning. Otherwise every dish ordered was wonderful.

My wife is Vietnamese and a very good cook, so i get treated with Vietnamese food constantly. This place is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I've been to in the US so far, it felt so authentic down to the little details that i even asked my wife to ask for a water for me (her answer)"they speak English", lol. I forgot where i was for a minute, lol. The only critique I'd have on giving the Vietnam vibe was the bathroom faucet was installed correctly and wasn't loose, lol, if you've ever been to Vietnam, you'd understand. But very good food and a great new option for us, although we have to drive from the Space Coast, it's worth the drive.
