Got my hair done last Wednesday with Kaitlyn and it was such an amazing experience! I have very curly hair and tend to put off getting hair cuts because they almost never turn out the way I want, however Kaitlyn listened to all my concerns and proved she’s an expert in her craft. I absolutely love how my hair looks now! She started off the appointment asking me thorough questions on what I was expecting and the results I was looking for, we then went into their super cozy and relaxing lather lounge where I got the best wash/head massage of my life, afterwards she began my haircut where she took her time making sure my curl pattern was even but also suitable for if I wanted to blow dry/straighten my hair. For my style I went with a blowout and my hair has truly never looked nor felt better in my life. I don’t live in Tampa anymore, but if I did I would absolutely go back to her every. single. time. I will definitely be booking with her when I’m in the area again. Thank you Kaitlyn for being so incredibly sweet , listening to your clients, and proving that you can work with all different hair types and textures!
I can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was. Kaitlyn did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job on our daughter’s hair!! She took the time to talk with our daughter about what she was looking for, what expectations to have and made sure to run it by a more senior advisor (Angela…who we also love). Once everything was discussed it was time for my daughter to get comfy. She brought her water and little snacks. She talked to her about things in life and just made her feel very comfortable. She got a full balayage, and the results honestly were just stunning. The before and after are just amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Kaitlyn for helping our daughter’s hair goals come true and exceeding them!!
I had the absolute best experience with Kaitlyn! She did my smoothing treatment and was so sweet and thorough throughout the entire process. She walked me through every single step, explained what she was doing and what to expect, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She is seriously the cutest and has the best energy — so easy to talk to and made the whole appointment so enjoyable! My hair turned out AMAZING and I couldn’t be happier. It was my first time at this salon, and I went to Kaitlyn. Let me just say this was by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had, especially as a new client. I had gone to the same stylist my entire life, but after recently moving to Tampa, I was actively searching for someone new. Kaitlyn took her time with my hair, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I’m absolutely obsessed with the balayage and cut she gave me she is amazing, and I highly recommend her!
