The worst haircut + style I’ve ever gotten. I told them I wanted to keep the length but they ended up cutting 4 inches off. The cut ended up being super uneven too. I showed them an inspo pic of how I wanted the cut and style and they didn’t style my hair like the photo at all. My hair basically was straight at the end of the appointment. So disappointed in the results and lack of communication.

Jessica did my hair and absolutely blew it out of the park! I gave her photo reference and some directions and she did amazing work. I am so happy with my hair and she was even willing to retouch some things after I wanted to bring it slightly shorter. 10/10 experience! She took me as a walk in at the end of the day and treated me just as any other client!

Tina is my go-to person at Salon one! She is friendly, a good listener, and advises but does not impose her recommendations on you. She’s experienced and checks in with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the cut and the color. I usually get highlights and a haircut from her and would recommend her to friends. Reasonable prices, availability, and consistent quality service.

I second not going to Jessica. She seriously finished in 15 minutes. I asked her to layer my hair and she said too many layers would require me to style it, the end result of less layers but I still have to style it! When she asked how short she literally took straight scissors and went around and snipped to make a blunt cut you can only really see the frizzy "layers" on my left side nothing looks to be done on the right because my hair naturally curves in on the right and out on the left. My hair is also uneven one side is longer. She didn't even part my hair to layer she just cut the outer layer. To get the ends she took thinning scissors and just chopped away. She didn't want to touch my hair, is this because I didn't want a wash? I shampooed and conditioned the night before my hair is clean! I think she also burned some of the left side trying to get it to lie down...could have done this at home. First and last experience here, everyone else at the salon seemed to be busy and have happy customers.

Beware and don’t go here, especially to Cindy!!!!! I spent $350 for a terrible job and serious damage to my hair and scalp. I came in with blonde highlights and simply wanted to go platinum blonde with pink highlights. I was told they could do it. That was not true. Not only did they fail to achieve what I asked for, but they completely ruined my hair. My hair was bleached twice in the same day. I was left sitting with bleach on my scalp for a long time without anyone checking on me while they passed up at least five other clients. I was completely unattended. As a result, I suffered chemical burns on my scalp. I now have scabs all over my head and was in so much pain that I had to go to urgent care to be treated. When I asked for a refund, they initially refused to give me the full amount back, claiming they needed to keep $100 for the product they used on me. It was only after I told them I had to seek medical treatment that I got my full refund back. This experience was painful, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Please be careful.
