Reviews mention massage sessions tailored to areas such as the back, neck, and shoulders, as well as support for routine muscle spasms and flare-ups of an old injury. One client appreciated that their therapist listened carefully before beginning, helping focus the session on where tension was most noticeable. Other experiences highlight lymphatic massage, prenatal massage, pressure clients found comfortable, and heated towels. These are customer-reported experiences rather than a promise of a particular result, so it can be helpful to share your needs and preferences with the therapist when booking.

Facials are another service clients praise. One reviewer called a facial among the best they had experienced and specifically liked the skincare products, describing them as a good fit for fans of Korean skincare. Ashley is mentioned in reviews for both facial treatments and a gentle, welcoming approach. The studio is also described as cute, clean, and comfortable. Together, these details suggest a setting suited to people seeking a personal appointment in a smaller studio rather than an impersonal, high-volume experience.
