Santa Clara Sports Barber Shop

I have been going here little but more than 3 years, had a haircut from I would say more than 10 different barbers and all of them have done an awesome job. They really pay attention to what they are doing and if you ask for any change, they understand and keep asking until you are happy with the result. People saying might be "dirty", dude it's a barber shop, not a clinic. It's not dirty, they are constantly sweeping an I've seen them clean the machines, scissors, etc. I'll keep going back there until I have no hair left to be cut.

I had one of the worst experiences at this barber shop. The haircut was rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. The barber didn’t listen to my instructions and seemed more interested in finishing quickly than doing a good job. The tools didn’t look clean, and the overall hygiene was questionable. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unprofessional — no greetings, no courtesy, just attitude. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to this barbershop for over 10 years. You never know how busy the place is -- they don't take appointments. So the wait times can be long and other times I can walk in and immediately get my hair cut. There is a waiting list to sign in at the front door on a clipboard. I go there every 3 months, they are very cool people, professional, and they take the time to do the job right.

Best place to get your hair cut done , they got long wait, but it worth the wait, I am from chicago we get some hard to get Fads this place got me.. don’t wast ur time with other barber shop , those people hygienic and clean 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 most important the best Barber in Hayward !!! …

Just took my son to get a haircut there, The young man who cut his hair was very nice and very polite. I wanted a little bit more off the top. My son sits back in the chair another person (adult man, who I am assuming is the manger) said he's already done with the service. I paid $42 and I was not satisfied with what was done. As a paying customer I am not happy with the service that was provided. The young barber was willing to trim it down more, after that comment from the adult man I did not want to stay there anymore. This was my first time there and this will be my last time there. I feel like I was not provided with the full service of what I paid for. $42 is a lot of money for a haircut so I do expect to get what I want or very much close to it. The young man who cut my son's hair you did good. Your customer service was excellent. This is nothing towards you but the person that was speaking I believe was rude and does not have any good customer service. If a customer is not happy with the service, you should try to see what you can do as a business owner/worker to make sure the customer is satisfied. My son was already sitting in the chair when you said the service was already finished so you did turn us away so you did refuse service.
