Authentic Vietnamese seafood restaurant located in Little Saigon. I was recommended go here by my Vietnamese friends, and it did not disappoint. Definitely drink the pennywort drink, get some garlic noodles with steak, and try out the Vietnamese soups There is a menu here in Vietnamese, but there is English right next to it so you know what’s inside it. Definitely get the crawfish!

I ordered squid salads to go in the evening of Feb when the weather was cool. Squid meat had bad odor I never experienced this smell from squid before. I called the owner to notify about the food so he should not sell it to the next customers. He blamed on the hot weather that caused spoilage and said nobody complained before. Really? 4 senior citizens couldn’t eat the squid meat because of the bad odor, we didn’t want to get sick at our age. Will report the incident to the health department in OC since the establishment did not recognize its sea food safety failure . We only live 10 minutes from the restaurant and the weather evening was in the low 50s.

"Cơm gia đình" is NOT a combination for a small group but really dishes you have to buy separately. You even have to buy the rice separately! "Canh chua" has very little vegetables. The "rau má" is watered down or not high quality. Also, 3% service charge for credit card. Disappointed.

The unique Vietnamese dishes at this place stands out. The Vietnamese udon soup (Bahn Cahn Tom Cua) is rich and full of flavors. Grill sea snail is tender and juicy. Would come back for the hot pot when weather is cooler.
