food was delicious! the broth of the pho was very flavorful, i wish they offered chili oil or chili sauce but the only condiments that were on the table was the hoisin and sriracha. the pad thai was delicious! not sweet but savory. the spring rolls were okayish, there weren’t a-lot of noodles and because they were kinda small and cut in half they just fell apart after trying to dip them in the peanut sauce, so i was left to scoop out the very little noodles and chicken that fell into the container. i think they’re better off not cutting them when they’re not too big in size already. so food was a 8/10 service?? where was the service??? it was my first time in, and there is no sign suggesting we seat ourselves, so it was a bit awkward for one of the workers to tell me to just sit anywhere after i’d been waiting a couple minutes at the stand. after i i sat down, i was given silverware wrapped in a thin napkin. i was only given one napkin throughout the entire meal. my “server” only came by to take my order and drop off food, and left before i could ask for anything. my water was left empty, the silverware wasn’t cleaned well— there was a piece of cilantro on the spoon, i felt unwelcome and out of place. honestly i feel like all the workers were miserable no smiles no nothing. now im not expecting fine dining service but at least the hare minimum would do. i had finished eating and sat for like 15 -20 min before i had to stop someone to bring me a to go container. i would only recommend take out for this place and not dine in. service 2/10

The vibe of the place, feels comforting and open. I got the springs roll and the sesame chicken alongside some other appetizers. They were all phenomenal. It's super convenient if your staying at nearby hotel cause it's only a couple blocks away. If your thinking about going here you should definitely give it a try.

Happy to find an Asian-inspired restaurant/bar w reasonable prices and less processed food in the heart of downtown Dallas. Pros: - better-quality food at bargain prices (esp the happy hour menu) - heart of downtown, easy to walk to from hotels - drinks/cocktails/sake/etc => yes! - casual vibe Considerations: - menus and bar were sticky and wet: if you can’t clean the menus, what does that imply about other measures? - smelled like weed, but I think it’s just the other patrons

They need to train their cooks better. Our pho was full of just the fat layer and no soup. We told the server and got a shrug. The basil noodles was sweet like dessert; I had to send it back because it was not edible. The only decent food was the eggroll.

Went her for lunch while I was wondering through downtown and the outside had a great vibe and look about it, love the themeing! Once in, it only took a few minutes to order our food and I got two appetizers, three entrees, and only spent $35, the food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing! This was the best sushi I've had so far and I highly recommend going here when you're in the area! Only con I had personally was that I felt the music should have fit the vibe of the food and atmosphere a bit better. It was mostly modern popular songs that you hear on pop radio and it clashed with the scenery a bit.
