I had no idea there was an Asian market around Beaverton that specializes in Filipino goods. For a store of small size, U-Need has a lot of what one may need to make Asian food at home. I wanted to buy some Mirin at a cheaper price than what is offered at Fred Meyer's and easily got some here, along with instant Pancit Canton. They have a lot of good snacks worth checking out and prices are fair. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back for more.

UPDATE: LOVE how their "suki" comes to the rescue editing their posts after 1 is left stating FACTS. Sorry, not everyone is treated with the same service. No need to keep editing posts to try to convince others, clearly if it was same across the board, it wouldn't have been brought up! 🤦‍♀️ Customer for years. Used to be a welcoming store, no longer the case since new owners. 1 male and 1 female are very unwelcoming unless you're a friend of theirs. The other couple, on the other hand, are much nicer. Daphne used to be such a light to all her customers. The vibe has been so different since they sold it. No hi, no thank u...just stares and the only word you'll hear is your total. No longer worth the drive.
