Sen Nails

Today was my first time visiting Sen Nails and I had such a great experience getting a manicure and pedicure here. The salon is spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how they use convenient nail polish swatches to choose from while sitting in your massage chair. Utilizing swatches is much more convenient instead of me having to stare at a wall of bottles—it made choosing the perfect color so easy. They were also very professional about hygiene. All the tools were clearly sterile and carefully handled, which is something I always look for in a nail salon. My manicure and pedicure both turned out beautiful. Another big plus is the plenty of easy parking, which makes the whole visit stress-free from start to finish. Friendly staff, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

This has quickly become my new go-to nail salon! Vivian is fabulous. The salon is clean, the prices are reasonable, and they take pride in ensuring you love your nails.

Went in for a regular mani, pedi, and eyebrow waxing. I’m trying to give my nails a break from gel and appreciated how gentle on filing Jaycee was so they weren’t left too thin. Very friendly staff and clean facilities!

I don’t usually get my nails done very often, but I’ve come here twice now and both times have been a nice experience. In the past I’ve gone to other salons near UT, but it can sometimes be very busy, and sometimes the work ends up feeling rushed. I decided to treat myself here a couple times recently since I’ve been feeling stressed, and it’s honestly been such a peaceful little break in my day. The salon has been really quiet and calm both times I’ve come in. I recently stopped by earlier today on a Monday afternoon right after my morning shift at work to get a simple gel manicure since my manicure from before had grown out and needed a refresh. It turned out perfect! A very simple, clean manicure, since I wanted something very natural looking this time, but it made me feel so much better. I’m pretty shy, so I’m not super talkative myself during my visits, but I really appreciate how relaxed and comfortable it feels here. The quiet atmosphere makes it easy to just relax for a bit. I would be happy to come back again!

Visited this salon for the first time this past Friday. Today is Monday and my finger- and toenails have already chipped. Seems to me that non-gel products and services are subpar. My nails literally look like I did them myself. Next time I will, and save myself $70. Oh, and fyi, you’ll be charged an additional fee for using a credit card. Update: The management response says a lot, specifically zero accountability and blame the customer-exactly what I expected. To be clear, I actually asked the person to cut my cuticles “a little,” not none at all. I’m quite familiar with non-gel polish, I get it all the time. Interestingly, it typically last for at least a week on my hands and a month on my feet. Go figure.
