Bought a Groupon couples massage. Called to make an appt and told them I was bringing my elderly mom. Get here and the woman at the desk say you can’t use the Groupon because you are not a couple! What happens in a couples massage that’s going to be different with my mom and I, I wonder. Do they have some funny business??? I was so annoyed, the traffic in Westminster is awful even in the middle of the day. To get treated so poorly after I took my mom up in the filthy, piss smelling elevator! I’m glad I was able to cancel the Groupon because the massage place looked equally awful.

Best massage I’ve ever had. I have fibromyalgia and went in with a complete flare. I walked out feeling 100%. I had been in pain for 24 hours. Amy did not miss a Single joint or knot. She is an expert and professional to the point where she seemed fo know a complete plan of where to start asp that she could drain the lymph nodes after each section. A complete professional. I would hire her to be my personal masseuse if I was a millionaire. Highly recommended.

Showed up ten minutes late to an appointment at 1:30, even though my husband said we were gone be a few minutes late, and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, huffing and puffing and said "I told him 1:30!" and then proceeded to mumble and look down at her appointment book, made a phone call, didn't look up again. Mind you, there was nobody else waiting. So I got up from the chair and went back to her, and she said "can I help you....?" So I walked out. Will never come here again. I feel like it's because I'm a white girl, if I was Vietnamese she would have treated me differently.

We purchased an offer on Groupon, and unfortunately the experience was terrible. My husband had a 3:00 PM appointment, and we arrived at 3:05 PM due to the very limited parking, a broken elevator, and no signs indicating where the stairs were—especially important since the business is on the second floor. As soon as we walked in, the front desk staff told us we were “late” and that our appointment had already been given away to a walk-in customer. The woman at the front was rude, dismissive, and offered no solutions or alternatives. I’m currently trying to get a refund through Groupon, but the process is taking 3–7 business days. After this experience, I won’t be purchasing deals like this again.

I was surprised by the high rating of this business, as my experience was quite different. While I appreciate the diversity of cultures in this country, effective communication with customers is essential. English is the common language most customers rely on, and unfortunately, the staff here struggled to communicate clearly. This made it difficult to express my needs or ask questions, which significantly impacted the service. The environment also left much to be desired. The location is on the second floor, and I was not greeted or welcomed upon arrival. The space felt small, cold, and uninviting—especially given the vulnerability of being partially undressed during a massage. The massage tables were separated only by thin curtains, with no mats provided for comfort. Additionally, they did not make any effort to prevent the sheets from exposing private areas, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I booked a 60‑minute Swedish foot massage with hot stones for $60.00, but the experience was painful rather than relaxing. Staff did not ask about my preferences or areas of focus, and the massage itself felt uncomfortable. I could also hear noise from neighboring rooms, cars, and ambulances, which made it difficult to relax. This business has many areas for improvement, from staff training and communication to customer service and facility comfort. If they wish to grow and build a stronger reputation, these changes are necessary. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I do not plan to return.
