I was going to buy a message for my partner but I wanted to be sure this business had time for my gift to someone else (evening time 24hrs+ later). I called the business at 4:07pm, no answer, so I left a VM. Before I hung up I received a text, I responded immediately. After that, I didn't receive a response for 3hrs and 17minutes. I understand being busy, but this is not cool. If this business doesn't accept appointments 24hrs in advance they could have let me know immediately when they texted me or put it on Groupon in the terms and conditions. To keep me waiting and tell me they can't help and to book online with no time frame for an appointment whack. I give this place 1 star and I would give it a much lower rate for lack of communication.
My primary care referred me to this place for an unexpected back injury. April worked with me for probably a good course of a year. She was attentive to working with the injury I had to get me back to normal and a very sweet person boot. I’d highly recommend her
I got a 90-minute massage here, it was good. The space is part of a city gov't building, which feels a bit strange when you enter the lobby. I got there on a pretty hot day, kind of early and didn't think to knock when the door was locked. The therapist's area is inviting and clean, the only thing I noticed was that the ring where you put your face smells of massage oils, like lots of old, stale massage oils and that was kind of putting a funk in my chill time. Otherwise, she has tons of products and good taste in relaxing music.

It’s right inside the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE on Main Street in Auburn, WA. Massage Therapist was amazing. My first real massage ever- I was made to feel comfortable & relaxed. I filled out a brief medical history. Described where my pain resided etc. I disrobed down to “where I felt Comfortable”. The therapist used cupping techniques on an IB band on my leg and other hand techniques on my feet, ankles, neck, head and elbow. I felt like a brand new person after only 30 minutes! I will be definitely back.
