We will use her services again next time we’re in the market to buy a new home!!! Love her!!! Truly Best realtor in Las Vegas!

My husband and I have quite an array and history of investment properties, specifically in Southern California. At this point, we have an acumen of knowing talent. We just purchased our second investment property this past September with Shar as our agent for both properties in Las Vegas, so she is the only real estate agent, that we trust with our real estate ventures. Her exceptional market knowledge, problem-solving expertise made every step feel seamless, going above and beyond to assist and accommodate us with viewing multiple properties, providing spreadsheets of rental comparisons, and assisting us through each step which helped make the closing process quick and smooth. Shar is a trustworthy agent you want on your side and she will get the job done! If there was an agent back home where we're from that has half the talent that Shar has, we'd hire her everyday of the week, twice on Sundays. You can definitely buy with confidence having her on your team!

Shar Salonga is the best realtor I ever worked with. She delivered above & beyond her service . She made sure our out of state transactions will go smoothly and she represented me when my husband and I are not available. Definitely recommend her service.

My family and I recently relocated from Hawaii to Las Vegas, and we had the pleasure of working with Shar as our realtor. The process to make a home purchase from another state seemed stressful, but Shar made the entire process seamless and worry-free. From the very beginning, Shar was attentive to our needs and understood exactly what we were looking for in a home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Las Vegas market, and her expertise was evident in every recommendation she made. Despite the distance, and time difference, Shar kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions and provide updates. One of the things we appreciated most was Shar’s dedication to finding us the perfect home. She went above and beyond, coordinating virtual tours, and providing detailed insights that helped us make informed decisions. Her commitment to helping us get the right home was consistent, and we never felt pressured or rushed. When we finally found our home, Shar handled the negotiation process with professionalism and skill, ensuring we got the best deal possible. Even after the purchase, she continued to support us with local recommendations and advice, making our transition to Las Vegas much smoother. Overall, working with Shar was an absolute pleasure, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and delivers exceptional results, Shar is the one to call.

Shar was pleasant to work with when selling our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the whole process. We live out of state, and Shar took care of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and highly recommend Shar to anyone needing a reliable and skilled professional.
