Sign in to reviewI ordered strawberry matcha and I could see the milk is damaged and it tasted funny. I took the matter to the guys who were serving but they seem least bothered about it. I threw the drink in their garbage and had to leave. This is unacceptable.
Share Tea is absolutely amazing! The drinks are consistently perfect, and the atmosphere is usually great. While I've occasionally encountered a few workers who seemed a bit dismissive, Layla always makes up for it. She is an absolute star! Every time she's there, she's incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes the best recommendations. Her fantastic service truly elevates the whole experience. Highly recommend this place, especially when Layla is working!
The customer service here is horrible atmosphere was terribly no greeting no music. I ordered a taro boba and it did not have any flavor or taste. They also ran out of Boba when my friends came to meet up with me.
I really like the feng shui this place, small lil boba tea shop in front of main event Plano, (next to an Indian restaurant and a red wings as of writing this review) I went in yesterday for a classic milk tea at 30% sweetness it exceeded my expectations. The tea tasted fresh and the milk wasn’t powdery. She gave me a plenty of tapioca. The service was very friendly. It was so good that I came back in the next day and my friend ordered a time milk tea. He really enjoyed it and then I got a honey milk tea, which was surprisingly an upgrade to the classic milk tea it was everything I wanted and did not overpower the drink. Will come back and I want to try their mango drinks. Like any bubble tea places your sweetness, and I trust this place because every sweetness I’ve ordered it’s on the money.
We got to try share tea for the first time yesterday, one of the co workers were talking about tea with the ice cream in it! They said it was so good so we got strawberries, smoothie with ice cream and ice matcha fresh milk and also iced coffee with coffee jelly. The staff he’s so nice and take time to explain each drink and definitely going back for more yummy drinks
