Shepherd Automotive

Shepherd’s Auto is hands down the best place I have ever done business with. My Toyota Camry finally decided to give up on me, and my mom found Shepherd’s to see what needed repair. It needed quite a bit of repairs done, and we decided to go ahead and proceed with a new car for me. Since I didn’t have a way of transportation, Guy, the owner, went above and beyond, and out of his way to pick me up from my apartment, and take me down to the shop to sign the title over. Not only did he take the car off of my hands, he drove me from my apartment, to the shop, and back. These guys not only do excellent work, but they care about their customers. I will be back to Shepherd’s absolutely anytime I need something done on my new car. You guys are the best!!!

Shepherd Automotive was awesome to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and the customer service was great from start to finish. Their inspection was super thorough — they included pictures, detailed notes, and clear prices all lined out so I knew exactly what was going on with my Suburban. I really appreciated how transparent and professional they were. Highly recommend!

I am not saying anything about quality. It is price that was a failure here. Communication is good, friendly, but so out of line with reality. I received a quote for can phaser repairs on a Ford. The quoted price was nearly twice that of the Ford dealership and I checked with 2 dealerships. The dealership completed extra repairs as well. The additions on their list was a laundry list of we didn’t check but recommend which I have done most of that work. Point is go somewhere else for a reasonable and realistic quote.

Great customer service! The team at Shepard Auto is great. I’ve taken a few vehicles to them and always top notch service. Great communication and friendly staff. They will continue to get my business.

I have used Shepherd automotive a couple of times now and they have been amazing. Gave me a breakdown of everything that they recommended to do to my car to keep it going for a long time. They are very fair and reasonably priced Never had a mechanic that I trust as much as Shepherd automotive Cannot recommend them enough.
