Sign in to reviewThey will be hearing from my attorney unfortunately. Been shopping here for over a decade. Recently spent hundreds of dollars at this business, returned a few of the items, and the business processed the return and issued me a $60 credit. The business provided documentation of that credit via receipt (no card etc). I took a photo of it just incase I lost the receipt. When I attempted to redeem the credit, the owner refused to honor it, and even suggested that I was not the original customer, he also did not provide me with a disclosed policy explaining that the credit could only be redeemed with the physical receipt nor does it say that on the receipt. There was no effort to establish that I was the original customer by looking in their system. I was brushed off and signaled to leave. Shameful behavior as a business owner!
Racists! Accused my sister of stealing and demanded to look in her purse but found NOTHING!! NO APOLOGY EITHER! And this was AFTER she asked for help looking for a product and they said they couldn't help her! I went to confront them and they said it was because she was standing there too long. Seriously?? They refused to help her, and because she was standing there looking for the product by herself for what THEY deemed to be too long, they accused her of stealing? Absolutely ridiculous! Have not spent a penny in this place since!!!

The best beauty supply in Houston. It’s like they have everything and are very organized. Their customer service is also top notch. I go miles just to get my stuffs from here hassle free.
