On the menu, diners often look for recognizable Singaporean favorites such as laksa, chicken curry with white rice, chicken rendang, satay, and rojak salad. Customer feedback points to a few dishes that stand out for some guests, especially the chicken curry, which has been described as generous in portion with large pieces of chicken and potatoes, and the laksa, which some visitors praise for its bold flavor. Complimentary touches like a crisp rojak salad have also left a positive impression, giving the experience a more personal, welcoming feel.

At the same time, reviews suggest that experiences here can vary depending on the dish and the day. The atmosphere is best understood as informal and market-driven rather than formal dining. It suits shoppers, tourists, solo diners, and small groups who want a relaxed meal in one of LA’s well-known food destinations. Because it sits inside a popular market environment, it can also appeal to mixed groups where everyone wants something a little different nearby. If you enjoy exploring regional Southeast Asian flavors, or simply want to add a Singapore-inspired meal to your day in Los Angeles, CA, this is a practical place to consider.

This was my first time at the Farmers Market. We opted for this eatery.. I ordered the chicken curry with white rice. I really enjoyed my meal. The portions were big, the curry was tasty, large chunks of chicken and potatoes. The owner brought out a complimentary Rojak salad that was so crisp and refreshing. Loved the sweet pineapple and apple. The dressing was so good! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Doesn’t taste anything like Singaporean food. We got the chicken rendang with rice and it looked and tasted nothing like rendang. It was a plate of dry overcooked chicken breast cooked in diluted coconut water and served over rice.

The laksa is actually atrocious. I have no idea how they can consider this Singaporean food. The laksa is completely tasteless. Besides it not being laksa, it can barely be considered food. This is hot water with noodles( with 0 salt) I paid 20 dollars for laksa that’s 20 times worse than the one at get from Choa Chu Kang. Immensely disappointed. My friends ordered satay( also hella ex) that looks exactly like kebab. The peanut sauce is also not what you expect. Apparently even the curry that came with the prata is bland and too runny.( but I didn’t try those) this review is purely for the monstrosity they call laksa. The people were nice so I feel really bad for this review but the food really does deserve it.

Sadly not my favorite spot at the farmers market. So much potential but the satay plate lacked flavor on the chicken and the peanut sauce. Such a simple meal but this one is a fail. Plus it took them 30mins to prepare. My family was all done with their meals and i still waited.

you're a fan of bold flavors, you have to try this Laksa soup! It's a truly exquisite dish, and I was introduced to it by a friend from Singapore. This place has become a local favorite for its mouthwatering food and drinks… Each bite more delicious than the last. Can’t wait to bring my family and friends here to share this amazing experience!
