She asked if I needed a happy birthday sign I said yes please it’s for my mom’s birthday. She provided birthday candles and a cutting knife. Great service and very attentive! Thank you so much ! Will be returning to buy more birthday cakes !!!!
This is the second location we've enjoyed. They have interesting shapes to some of their baked goods, pigs, lobsters, and turtles. They make some interesting flavors of ice cream/gelato and they give you a free sample, I enjoyed a sample of the avocado and my wife tried the taro. They also have durian. We were full from lunch or we would have gotten a couple of scoops. We'll be back to this location of Six Ping and we want to try a few other shops in this center, we've had coffee and a meal at couple other places and we'll be back soon.
Smells delicious and the treats here are very delicious 😋 this is my second time coming, definitely recommend for anyone to come!
I came to pickup a custom cake that was ordered and paid for in advance. We showed them a reference photo of the design we wanted, and they took a photo of the reference photo we showed them. When I went to pick it up the color of the cake was completely wrong. The cake was meant to be green but they gave me a white cake. They first argued with me saying that we had asked the cake to be white. When they checked the reference photo, they realized they were wrong and tried to downplay it saying the cake looks white in photo. RIDICULOUS. They were not willing to fix the color of the cake. They had no nice decorations to give me in lieu of their mistake. They tried to say they would make it up to me by giving me a discount on my NEXT order. These people are DELUSIONAL. They then said they would give me a 10% refund. Really? That's all you can do? This place massively inconvenienced me and their service was VASTLY underwhelming.
I just wish their cakes are a little sweeter. Too light taste.
