I honestly went back and forth about leaving this review because I understand that you get what you pay for. The price was very fair ($58 for a basic mani-pedi), and my nail tech was very sweet throughout the service. That said, I’m really disappointed with the quality. It’s been less than 24 hours, and my polish is already lifting. My fingernails weren’t painted all the way to the edges and my toes were done with just a white strip and a clear coat—no sheer pink, finished look. On top of that, the service took over 2 hours for a basic mani-pedi. Meanwhile, someone who came in 30–40 minutes after me was able to get a full acrylic set and was almost finished with her pedicure before I was done. I don’t mind paying less for a simpler service, but even at this price point, I expect my nails to last more than a day and to look fully finished. Unfortunately, this didn’t meet that standard.
I’ve been going to Sky Nail Salon since the summer and always have the best experience with Anna! She’s so sweet and welcoming every single time. I really appreciate how she listens and always fulfills my requests exactly how I like them. Her attention to detail and kindness make each visit such a pleasant experience. Ive only ever gotten builder gel.
I’ve been going to Sky Nails Spa for the past year, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone from reception, to nail techs, to management is professional and kind. The salon is always clean and well organized. Rachel does my nails, and they’re always perfect. She is so talented!! Every time she does my nails, I look down at them and smile for weeks. Go see her!
