Sign in to reviewGreat (and honest) service for my kid who is at Chapman University while I'm 350 miles away up in SF area. Drew was up front about what will be involved with repairing a driver-side front door that was stuck closed. We had the car brought in Monday early morning and within an hour was able to diagnose the problem with parts on order from Mazda dealer (whom I called first but they never picked up nor return a voicemail I left). My son got the car back by Tuesday noon (had to wait on Mazda for a part). In speaking with Drew on the phone, I sensed no BS, no trying to leave doors open for surprises, and my son liked interacting with him in person. So... I'm happy to have found a shop down at Orange while he's there for another 3 years....
Got recommended from a friend. Drew was very professional, informative, honest and kind. He answered all my questions thoughtfully and did not try to sell me on anything. I really resonated with his business model that he’d rather build a trusting customer-mechanic relationship which is exactly what I am looking for. Work was finished in the timeline projected and with fair pricing. Will definitely come back and recommend.
Snow's went from being my number 1 to a place I avoid going except for a quick oil change. My car shakes when braking after having my breaks serviced and I was given several faulty diagnostics with pricey repairs after taking another car in for an oil change. Really sad to see the decline in quality and honesty over the past 2 years. Redeeming qualities are that oil change pricing is fair and there's fast turn-around.
