First come first serve, long wait as everywhere else on tax season. Great service though
This place is a scam call center, once they buy your phone number they will call you for WEEKS then hang up when you actually call them back. I “spoke” with three different men and they are all the rudest people who have somehow never heard of a “do not call” list. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been calling back numerous times and they hang up before even greeting me. What losers. Imagine you’re whole entire job is to annoy people for a living
This is my opinion OK, To me they don't have good organization, I call for appointment the lady answered said, is not with appointment just came in sing and they call in order to that list, I said ok cool thanks,. I arrived at 8:45 am. Because they opened at 9 am, I was the 2nd person on the list, and they called me until 11:45 am. to take my information, after the lady takes my information, she calls Jose because I have to do taxes for my business, personal and add my house, after he review everything, he ask me for more documents which I don't have at the moment, and he said, IF YOU WANT YOU CAN COME BACK WITH APPOINTMENT AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT, I said ok what time? And we set the appointment at 2 pm on the same date, so I went back with all the documents at 1:45 pm, and at 4:20 the lady at the front desk she call me and told me, JOSE STILL BUSY WITH ANOTHER PERSON HE CAN'T ASSIST YOU TODAY 😑 🙄 imagine all the hours I was waiting for nothing on the end, and you know the classic word IM SORRY, with sorry want to fix everything. Can’t begin to express how grateful I am for Enrique and his service along with the help of others who work at this location. Everyone is very helpful, patient and meticulous when it comes to helping you get the best deal. I would also like to comment on the great prices that were a fraction of the price compared to others near by. A great business with even better people!! 10/10
