Our company had an end of year party at Song Long in FV. The food were just "ok" for the services, they brought the napkins out after my 3rd tried. The utensils & plates were dusty/dirty. And especially the chair covers had lots of food stained & the cloth napkins they are so dirty & old, it's seemed like they used the cloth to wipe in a fuel pipe then brought them out for us to use. I forgot to take a picture of the cloth. This was my first but will also my last to go here.

The roasted catfish for rolls is excellent. A variety of herbs, rice noodles, rice paper, and sauces accompany the fishes. You customize the rolls yourself. You need to preorder the fish since it takes 45 minutes to prepare. We called ahead and got our fish 10 minutes after we got our other dishes. Everything tasted great.

Great neighborhood place, the grilled escargot was amazing already told like 5ppl about this place just for those alone. Then I tried this beef noodle soup, there were several different kinds of beef the broth was rich and almost reminded me of menudo. So good!

We only ordered takeout here and each time , it seems like they are preparing for a band to play there either during or after dinner . Their Ca kho to is the BEST ! Very flavorful with thick sauce. It reminds me of ca kho that has been slowly simmered for hours, without having to do it myself. Canh chua is delicious as well as well because it is seasoned just right. We will try other items and I would definitely recommend that you try this restaurant.

The food here is okay, just don't try their seafood (shellfish). We ordered quite a few but their seafood turned out to be really bad. It doesn't taste fresh and each of my family member try one bite and no one touch the seafood again. The fried catfish is okay, but not as good as other restaurant. Their papaya salad with squid is really good though so I will give them credit for that (gỏi mực).
