We absolutely love Korean food and have lived in Korea while we were in the military so we’re always looking for authentic Korean restaurants to eat at. When we moved to Tampa we found Soul of Korea near the University of South Florida. …

Soul of Korea is hands down one of the best Korean restaurants we've been to in Tampa! We dined in and spent a little over $100, and every dollar was worth it. We ordered the kimchi pancake, fried pork mandu, crab rolls, and bulgogi. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous. The kimchi pancake was especially impressive—it was thick, packed with flavor, and so large we couldn't even finish it! The service was fast, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. Just be aware that this place gets busy quickly, but don't let the wait scare you away—it's absolutely worth it. If you're looking for authentic Korean food with great portions, excellent service, and amazing flavors, I highly recommend Soul of Korea!

This is an amazing place in a little hole in the wall location. The dinner for two, which should be called "feast for two" is such a bargain and lots of amazing food. This is the perfect way to get a good sampling of the food offered at this restaurant. Found this place through instagram recommendations and it did not disappoint at all!
