Selling my home in the current market was extremely stressful, but Jesse was responsive and open to my perspective and suggestions. He would give his recommendations as well as his reasoning for them, but he was open to feedback and would genuinely listen to my opinions. At the end of the day, he fully committed to whatever decision I ended up making. He was also kind and easy to talk to. I never hesitated to reach out when I was worried about some aspect of the sale process, and talking to him always made me feel better. To me, interpersonal compatibility was as important as the other factors when selling, and he knocked the ball out of the park with this one. While I primarily communicated with Jesse, David Marks of Portico Real Estate worked alongside him for this transaction, and was equally as competent. I could tell that they had great rapport and an overall solid working relationship. Having two agents gave two unique perspectives, and it increased my confidence that the sale was going as well as it could have. It's a huge relief now that this whole process has completed successfully, thanks in large part to Jesse and David.
