Sign in to reviewVery professional and detail oriented. I felt at ease in the dental chair and appreciated the extra care to put me at ease. Dr. Lau pulled up my patient chart and addressed my concerns about receding gums by giving me suggestions on how to improve my oral hygiene. I like how he puts the patient first by giving his patients the best treatment with high quality equipment and keeps up to date on dental continue education. It is hard to beat the quality here compared to elsewhere. He really goes the extra mile and goes above and beyond. The dental practice has a family feel to it and he makes sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues!
I thought the one star review on this place was pretty hilarious and prompted me to write a review because I have never had anything close to a bad experience here. I feel like Dr. Lau addresses my dental concerns in a very professional yet warm and friendly way. I have been here for a little over a year now and have loved every second of it. I really feel like Dr. Lau actually listens to me and what I want out of my teeth.
Dr Lau and his staff are amazing! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but they made it a pleasurable experience for me and I felt completely comfortable. I also had no choice but to bring my two year old with me and they gave her a cute set of coloring pencils and Dr Lau played Sesame Street on the screen for her while he did my exam.
Dr. Lau is an amazing dentist and truly takes the time to know his patients. If you need dental work besides a simple cleaning he will be open and honest with you and find the best option for you. I can not recommend a better dentist and my husband and I are so glad we found him.
Dr Lau is best dentist I have ever worked with! Gentle, careful, very kind hearted, and so super knowledgeable. I have to say the last t2-3 dentists I visited did not know half the new techniques and procedures of Dr. Lau. I also really appreciate; that he is very willing to take a "wait and see" approach, not aggressive about pushing procedures. Cherry on Top:Dr. Lau and I enjoy foodey conversations, and have left with many a good recipe or restaurant recommendation. Family run office, the warmth and personal touch really shine through.
