Patients describe the office as welcoming and approachable, with staff members who are easy to talk to. Several reviewers specifically praise the team’s efforts to accommodate their schedules, including working patients in when an emergency came up. One long-time patient says the office arranged a prompt visit for a crown issue and took care of the concern. These accounts may be useful to people who value clear, considerate service and want to know they can contact their dentist when an unexpected dental issue needs attention. A comfortable interaction and responsive scheduling can make a real difference when arranging care.

Trust and straightforward recommendations are recurring themes in the feedback. Reviews also describe cleanings and more involved treatment, including fillings and a crown. These are patient-reported experiences, not a guarantee of a particular result; prospective patients can contact the office directly to ask about their own needs, treatment options, and costs.

I’ve had trouble finding a dentist I could actually trust here in Tampa and I can finally say I’ve found one! They’re very honest and don’t try to sell you procedures and products you do not need. My dental hygienist David is amazing as well. Pray their honesty and way of doing business never changes! Thankful to have found them.

I am saddened to have to write this review, but I need to be frank about my recent experience with South Tampa Dentistry and am writing this review after receiving an email prompting me to leave a review. I’ve had a few cleaning’s here and really loved my experiences before, but my recent visit left me really upset. I originally came in for a cleaning and also needed to get my crown re-cemented. After my cleaning, Dr. Wyatt cleaned up my crown, and an assistant was then tasked with glueing my crown back on. Once it was re cemented, my bite wasn’t quite right. After finagling with it for a few minutes, the assistant then called over Dr. Wyatt to try and fix my bite. Dr. Wyatt ground down the back of my crown a bit to fix the bite issue. After doing so, the bite still wasn’t right so he went back to grinding down the crown and without my permission, also started grinding down my bottom tooth (which is a healthy, natural tooth). I didn’t say anything at first as I trusted this dentist, but after doing that, my bite still wasn’t right and I let him know. He then again tried to grind down my bottom tooth to fix my bite, but I stopped him to let him know that I am uncomfortable with that as that is a healthy tooth that I did not want him to damage. He went back to grinding down the crown, and eventually my bite was fixed. Immediately after my appointment, I noticed sensitivity in the bottom tooth that Dr. Wyatt grounded down. I was hoping that this would subside, but several days later, I am still experiencing sensitivity in the bottom tooth that he damaged. I feel like the whole service was extremely rushed, and it felt unethical that there was no consent given by me to the dentist to grind down my perfectly healthy tooth. I am really upset about this, and not quite sure what to do now. I worry that now I’m going to have to deal with this for the rest of my life. Hot/cold liquids are now uncomfortable to drink because of this. I am hoping that I can get this fixed, but am unsure of what options I have out there. Aside from this experience with Dr. Wyatt, every other staff person and service has been great which is why I am not leaving a 1 star review.

Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Mark. In just 7 months, he managed to fill over 14 cavities and 1 crown before my teeth had a chance to completely fall out... Truly a race against time, and somehow they won. …
