When arriving the staff at the front was welcoming however the massage it self was not worth it. My masseuse used only his elbows digging in my back, I asked him to not apply much pressure and he stated “ you have alot of knots in your back”. The massage was not enjoyable whatsoever. It was like he was trying to crack my back. But overall the place was clean and nothing really exciting about this place.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the calming vibes of the place. I would like to thank Sarah, my masseuse, for the excellent service she provided. She has been doing this for 15 years and has a gift for caring for her clients. I walked out feeling relief from the tightness in my neck and relaxed.
I wish I could be writing a good review. I was so excited to get an 80 minute massage here when I was visiting last weekend. Not only did my massage start 40 minutes late, but multiple times throughout the session the therapist used only 1 hand, and was on her phone with the other. She also dropped multiple items, on me, while she was working. She even had two phone calls during my appointment. Although I booked 80 minute massage, it lasted 50 minutes. When I spoke to the receptionist about it on the way out, she was rude and cold. The level of professionalism was NON existent. Do no waste your money here.
The starling spa was a great experience! I had my first full body massage there. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. I would especially like to thank my masseuse Corey, he did well at making me feel comfortable and he did a great job!
I would leave negative stars if I could. We booked a non refundable room after we were told the pool would be available for our stay which was the reason we booked here because I am almost NINE MONTHS PREGNANT. And it is currently in 90s-100s with humidity. Pool is closed until further notice, called to request a refund since the reason we were staying was for the pool and that is not at our fault. No refund AND THEY TOLD ME TO WALK TWO BLOCKS TO THEIR OTHER LOCATION TO USE THAT POOL. At NINE months pregnant. In Atlanta’s hottest month of the year.
