Exceptional customer service! I will be coming here from now on. Greeted with a sincere smile and they took care of me very quickly. They even provided a to go cup with ice for my water. Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it! I saw Kacey, she's wonderful.

Went today do get my mani and pedi done. Kimmy did AMAZING with my nails!! I asked for a cat eye with a small heart design and she did excellent work! Tee did my pedi and she did great as well and paid very close attention to details! Will definitely come back again! ‼️🖤💅🏼 …

WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON!!! I got a pedicure yesterday and the polish looked horrible on every toe. I came back today just hoping they could at least fix the big toes. The lady at the front was rude and cut me off while I was trying to explain the issue. I was told the wait would be 30–45 minutes, but I ended up waiting almost 2 HOURS just for the tech to attempt painting over the messed up polish instead of actually fixing it. When I questioned it, the tech said the front desk employee(rude lady) told her to do it that way. I’m not a nail tech, but anyone can tell that painting over an already bad polish job is not the proper fix. The employee up front was dismissive and acted like I was wrong for being upset. And before they try to blame the regular polish … I let my toes dry for 30 minutes at the salon and wore flip flops for over an hour afterward. From the pictures, it’s obvious this was a bad paint job/layering issue, not something I caused after leaving. I’m usually an easygoing customer, I tip well, and I rarely complain even if I’m not fully satisfied sometimes … all for the sake of “not being difficult” But this was unacceptable. A decent paint job and basic customer service should be the bare minimum.

Absolutely love this place, wonderful people, they always get my nails perfect. Took me awhile to find a place that actually did them the way I wanted, without excuses or “better” ideas. I haven’t had a single complaint about this place, very polite, clean and relaxing. No overbearing noise, no long waits, and fairly priced.

First time here and kimmy did a fantastic job. I’m usually very picky with the shape of my nails because I don’t like when nail techs do square nails too skinny, but she understood me so well and took the time to do the prep beforehand. Aileen was also very sweet and welcoming when I walked in and asked for information. Will 100% be returning!
