Caution to all: we booked our Olympic trip with Sports Travel Tour. Our package included “All Game Day Transfers” to/from the hockey arena in Milan. For the amount of money we paid. We were assumed pre-arranged door-to-door service. What we received was street car pass with a 3hr commute walking through an unsafe neighborhood. Definitely did not meet our expectations.

We had an amazing experience with Sports travel tours. My husband and I went to the Packers game in London, as packers fans we didn’t want to miss out and with tickets included, the package we had was perfect for us. The party and the tailgate were highlights - great atmosphere and food and we had incredible seats for the game! Communication and organisation was great and we hope to book again when we can. I paid $500 for an upgraded seat to the Vikings /Browns game in London and was sitting right next to people that didn’t pay for an upgrade. (Of course those people are pleased) Terrible communication, very poorly coordinated . Was not given any contact information of the team for after the 2 hours in the morning.
