Very Satisfied. We just came back from our trip. ( Berlin, Switzerland and Paris 10 days ) We had a wonderful experience with the team especially Jenny who planned and organized our Europe Tour. The itinerary was well planned and stress free for us. The selection of hotels, location, transportation arrangements and sightseeing activities was very good. Everything was well organized and the communication from the team was helpful throughout the trip. What we like the most is the day to day messages and reminder from Kathy and or Jenny. We feel like they are with us throughout this trip, they respond quickly if we have any questions. Overall, we are very happy with the service and appreciate Jenny for all the work that went into planning our trip. We had many memorable experiences added to our bucket list . My 16 year granddaughter chose Japan for her trip with me. We didn’t want a large regimented tour so chose Vacation 0 trips. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our trip. Eric was always available to answer questions before and during our vacation. He planned every place we wanted to see and the transportation, hotels and tours were great. We used VacationOTrips for our trip planning to Greece. Jenny was easy to work with and helped organize our hotels and transportation. Our trip included breakfasts, guided tours, and getting me a flying dress photo shoot. Everyone in Greece was nice and we used the metro to get around. Guided tour of Acropolis and Parthenon was A++++ as well as our flying dress photo shoot in Santorini. The sunset yacht tour was mesmerizing!! The food was top notch and captain’s professional and accommodating. The only caveat is I wish I had stayed longer. The hotel in Santorini was absolutely beautiful and immaculate, however was not in city center so we had to get taxis to eat and shop which was an extra cost. Additionally, our guided tour of Plaka shopping market… recommend the guide /driver allowing for time to shop. Highly recommended Greece!!
