Sign in to reviewI visited this Sprouts on Poway Road while I was in the area. The store was clean, well stocked, and had a great selection of organic produce. They have a self-checkout area which made it quick and easy to pay. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. Overall, a really nice shopping experience.
Today my boyfriend & I visited this location to pick up groceries, & unfortunately he experienced behavior from staff that left him feeling embarrassed & uncomfortable. While shopping, he was treated as though he was following an employee, & staff loudly called attention to it in a way that made him seem suspicious in front of other customers. Afterward, he noticed employees continuing to follow him around the store while he simply tried to finish shopping. We have been loyal customers at this Sprouts for years, which made this especially disappointing. I completely understand the importance of staff safety & taking concerns seriously, but there are more professional & discreet ways to handle situations like this without publicly embarrassing a customer or immediately assuming bad intentions. A quieter & more appropriate approach could have been checking in privately with the employee involved rather than making accusatory assumptions. My boyfriend simply happened to be walking in the same direction while shopping for dinner ingredients. Overall, the experience was very disheartening, & I hope situations like this are handled with more care & professionalism in the future.
I had a really great experience at Sprouts today. The store was clean, well organized, and had everything I needed in stock. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable shopping trip, and I’ll definitely continue shopping at Sprouts.
Every dang time I try and get a sandwich I’m greeted with the worst customer service you could possibly get. No greeting and they keep walking in the back instead of greeting customers. It happened at 4pm on march 13th and it happens all the time. People that don’t know how to be human shouldn’t be working back there. Sad excuse of workers. It was a white guy and a white girl. Customer looks you in the eyes and you walk to the back. Disgraceful.
Ronald was awesome and a big help every time I'm in the store I experience nothing but great things to say about it
