Sign in to reviewOh my gosh, Sprout, you saved me! I was planning an event for my daycare and ordered catering from you guys, but I only had one brain cell left and scheduled it for the wrong date. I called Sprouts, and everyone there was so attentive and helpful. They totally understood and were able to switch my order from the next day to the actual date of my event. Honestly, you were a lifesaver! It was completely my mistake, but I'm so grateful and appreciate that you were able to accommodate me and understand the situation. Everyone loved everything—the sandwiches, the cheese and cracker boards, the fruits were so fresh, and just everything was amazing. Thank you, Sprouts! I'll definitely be ordering for future events, on the right day now, LOL!
The deli employees need more training. I’m a regular at this Sprouts and over the last few months every time I need an item over the counter I have to wait, meanwhile there are about 5 to 6 employees prepping food not helping costumer’s at all! Like at the very least they could acknowledge people waiting and let us know someone will be right with you. After today I have had it with this deli department! I came in around 5pm and there were two other people waiting already. There were about 6 employees and of course we were not getting acknowledged! Finally the guy that was waiting before me got someone’s attention. Then another employee helped the other costumer but I was ignored even though they both saw me standing there. Then a girl with blonde hair and nose piercing told an employee to help me. This is ridiculous!!! Each time I have had to wait over ten minutes for someone to help me and I always see people waiting to be helped despite having more than enough employees behind the counter
Some reasonable prices and nice selection of fresh organic produce. Fun place to shop and lots of organic and gluten free items. Common and unusual brands. Nice bakery and frozen foods. Wonderful section of supplements and related items; good place to buy healthcare goods and bulk items.
Visiting for a family event and wanted to cook some of my own dishes. The produce was fresh and the food came out banging. I usually go to sprouts if I'm not in my localality and they always have the same clean setup. Addison even helped me choose some cool liquors for the newly-weds. Appreciate this place
Addison S. Is one of the friendliest cashiers and excellent customer service I have ever encountered at any store. He really does care about the customers and truly is helpful. Not to mention a couple people in the deli who helped me get a family plate with great value. If you’re looking for someone to help you look out for Jenna she’s a fantastic help. Will be back to shop again !
