Sprouts Farmers Market

I was told I had to drive all the way back to Saginaw to return an item that I did not want and I left the store after I was excited a sprouts finally came to weatherford. Ive worked in grocery stores and have managed retail stores..every place I have been in charge of, I always receive compliments but I am having a really hard time wanting to compliment this experience..i am trying to bring people to the area for a massive event on a ranch and i am questioning why I should invite celebrities and the president to Texas when the service level is less than par!! All I know is that you should always strive for the best if you want to be the best and take criticism and fix the problem so you dont have problems in the future because as an owner of an insurance consulting firm who specializes in negligience and bad faith claims, I would say you had a duty and that duty was breached and now I have to waste time and energy as well as gas to drive to another city and store to return something that could have simply been returned at this location..

I found another delightful Sprouts with heathy and almost heathy foods. I found prepped salmon with herbs and herbed butter. I also grabbed sprouts organic chicken on sale. I found a great selection of fresh produce and got some avocados. I liked the section that tells when avocados are “ready now” and “ready soon.” I found my favorite stevia chocolate Lilys and 2 brands of Stevia soda. I also grabbed bulk cadhews to get the smount I want Accessible auotomatic door entry. Accessible venue with wide negociable aisles. Department signs are huge and legible. Aisle markers are readable. Free van accessible parking in shared parking lot

Good selection, clean, but MTVs Daria checked me out. The store was empty but she still seemed annoyed I chose her completely empty lane for checkout. Once my 5 items were rung and I paid, I got the pleasure of bagging my own items after Daria went back to talked to her co worker. Daria could have just placing the 5 items directly into the open bag at her hip while she rung things up and saved us both time and effort, but no. Slamming my items onto the counter was her coffee shop performance art… No one behind me, but even still I could feel Daria’s performance was an attempted shamming of me for having the audacity to need to check out and make her work.

This store is very nice and filled with tons of healthy food options. This store has ton of products that will suit your vegan/vegetarian needs. The store itself is very clean. The floors are sparkling clean and the shelves are organized very well. The produce section was filled with fresh food that wasn’t moldy or rotten. The bulk section is the reason I keep coming here. I love the fact that you can choose the amount of food you want. The bulk section is filled with beans, dried fruit, and even some candy. It is an incredible part of this store. TLDR: good healthy products at a decent price. 5/5⭐️

My intentions were to give this Sprouts a 4 star review, but because of Jeremy’s attitude this place deserves 5 stars. Right when I walked in, I went to the produce section. He came up to me and introduced himself and asked if I needed any assistance finding anything. As I told him no he said “if you need any help please give me shout.” Doing little things like this will put memories in customers heads that this place has excellent service. Thank you Jeremy, for doing a great job and giving shoppers a wonderful shopping experience!!
