Sprouts Farmers Market

I would love to take the opportunity to share my experience during my visit today. The store was clean, organized, and well maintained, but what stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. This was my first time shopping here, and Mrs. Jo took the time to explain how often new items arrive and where everything was located. Ms. Thelma also made a lasting impression by letting me know that when I'm ready to purchase new supplements, she'd be happy to help me navigate my options and provide recommendations. Diana was incredibly friendly and welcoming during checkout, making my first visit even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back!

Very unhappy & disappointed that I drove 30 minutes to get here before closing to just grab a few things & there announced they were closing in 5 minutes. I knew that and normally 5 minutes is enough time to grab what I want & pay & go. Instead, an employee decided to “help me” by distracting me & telling me repeatedly that we close in 5 minutes? Damn it if you would leave the customer alone & let me BUY what I came for?! I left very angry and BUYING Nothing! And you just lost a VERY loyal customer who normally goes out of my way to spend money at Sprouts 3 or more times a week, plus I have promoted your store to others. NOW it will be the opposite & it just cost me an hour of driving plus gas because your employees are more concerned with their leaving on time than allowing a customer to make purchase? If you are NOT open until 10pm you should change your hours! So frustrating dealing with employees who are NOT customer oriented!

I really enjoy shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market, but I wish management were more present and attentive in the store. The facility does not always feel clean. Sanitizing wipes are often missing from the containers, making it difficult to wipe down shopping baskets. The restrooms are frequently unclean, and employees are sometimes gathered in the back rather than monitoring the floor. On multiple occasions, I have requested to speak with a manager. Even after asking employees to call a manager over the intercom, no one responded. I waited approximately 10–15 minutes, and even an hour later when I checked out, no manager had come to assist. Additionally, during afternoon and evening hours, there is often limited availability of fresh food and produce for shoppers later in the day. Within three days of buying sourdough bread , it’s molded. Twice this happened so I’m not sure if the dates are wrong . I truly like Sprouts, but improved management visibility, cleanliness, and restocking practices would significantly enhance the customer experience.

The employees are smart and polite. She knew exactly where i could find the ginger supplements. I will say the candy is NOT cheap. But we know that if you want clean candy, it’s about 4x the price of the junk you can get in most stores. Will be back. Smells great in there

THE SANDWICHES ARE THE BEST!!! Can’t beat the $4.99 sandwich. Friendly staff. Lots of parking
