Sign in to reviewWhile I was collecting groceries today, a staff member offered to help me. However, his “assistance” consisted of pulling items out of my hands, constantly breathing heavily through his nose as if suggesting that I had an unpleasant odor, and looking at me in a disdainful manner. I would like to receive the contact details of the store manager. This kind of behavior is extremely unpleasant. As a result of this interaction, I became so confused and uncomfortable that I even forgot which card I was supposed to use to pay. I was completely taken aback. I have never encountered such behavior before, and I still feel very uneasy about the situation. The incident occurred today, February 8, at approximately 5:30 PM.
My husband went to sprouts this afternoon and the male cashier did an up down ( inappropriate and rude), made an inappropriate comment and winked at him to flirt... That is not professional to do to customers during working hours. He does not want to go back... maybe appropriate behavior towards customers should be addressed? I love sprouts products...my family does. Hope we can ALL get respectful behavior when getting groceries moving forward. Please 🙏
I’ve been to many Sprouts stores and the Irvine store on Alton Way is by far the best. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The cashiers are always so nice. They always pack my bags and make sure they aren’t heavy and put them in the basket for me. A big plus for us seniors. Happy smiling employees always makes my shopping trip a pleasant one. Kudos Sprouts, you’ve got a great team there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I forgot to write my name on the sandwich order form because I did not notice the space for it. When my sandwich was ready, the employee spoke to me rudely, asked why I had not written my name, and rolled his eyes at me. I understand this was my mistake, but I do not feel that such treatment was appropriate. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by this experience and hope future customers will be treated with more respect.
I've been shopping at Sprouts for a while now, and Edgar, the assistant deli manager, at the deli counter always stands out. He's so patient and super friendly. He always made sure to answer my questions about different foods and always willing to help me find what I need. He even offers me samples. His suggestions are always spot on, and he makes sure I leave the store happy.
