Sign in to reviewWeird! When I was waiting on line to use the ATM a male employee with a bad attitude asked, "Can I help you?" in an intrusive and disrespectful way. That and the astronomical prices are why I buy the same products at Walmart and save big money. If I ran a place like this and any employee was rude to a good customer, that person would be looking for a new job.
I sometimes come here. This place has a lot to offer. Also the meat section has a good selection. The people are kind and helpful. Was able to get what I wanted and even got some Girl Scout cookies in the front.
Had a conflict with some pricing, we asked for help to make sure everything was in place. First guy who helped was very noble and understanding. He asked the manager to help out since he was busy at the cashier and when she came over with a bad attitude. She expected us to make sure everything was in place and was saying the numbers too fast not indicating that we were supposed to be checking. We had told her there was an extra charge and she said everything was in place even after we had told her and also the cashier. Took us a longer time than expected. Wrong way to approach. Wrong attitude. Expected better help and service especially from manager
Great new and spacious Supermarket. For basic groceries this is a great supermarket. They have fresh Aloe Vera here too. If you need Milk, water, cheese, tissues, etc.. this is great with good prices but if you want high quality beef then this place is lacking compared to say H-Mart for beef and seafood.
The actual store is good and organized. Thr problem lies with the employees at the cash register & the baggers - specifically, the younger people. They often have conversations among themselves, but when interacting with customers they are short & uninviting.
