About

Statewide Agency is listed on FindALoco in Philadelphia, PA with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Auto Insurance Agency.

Statewide Agency is an auto insurance agency at 130 W Allegheny Ave in Philadelphia, PA 19133. People looking for an insurance quote or trying to ask a vehicle-related question may come across this local business while comparing options in the area. The available customer feedback also gives an important part of the picture: the agency has a 2.1-star rating from 12 reviews, and several reviewers describe difficult interactions. That context is worth considering before deciding whether to call or visit. This description does not assume particular policy types, prices, carriers, or services beyond what is reflected in the available business details and customer comments.

The customer reviews mention requests for insurance quotes and questions about vehicle registration, but they do not provide enough information to confirm the full range of services offered. If you are considering Statewide Agency, contact the office to ask directly whether it can help with your specific insurance needs, what information is required for a quote, and how its process works. Asking these questions before sharing personal information or making a trip can help you decide whether the agency is a suitable fit. The reviews are notably critical of customer service, with multiple customers describing conversations they found rude, dismissive, or unprofessional. Those accounts are individual experiences, but their consistency makes them relevant to prospective customers.

The listed address is 130 W Allegheny Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19133. Listed hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; the office is listed as closed on Sunday. Hours and availability can change, so confirming before traveling is sensible, especially if you need to discuss a quote or a vehicle-registration question in person. The available information does not describe the office atmosphere, appointment options, payment methods, or accessibility, so customers who need those details should ask the agency directly rather than rely on assumptions.

Statewide Agency may be worth contacting for people who want to check whether a Philadelphia insurance office can address a specific auto insurance question, but the feedback suggests setting clear expectations and evaluating the interaction for yourself. You can explain what you need, ask for the relevant details in writing when appropriate, and compare the answers with other agencies before choosing coverage. Since policy terms, eligibility, and costs depend on individual circumstances, verify all important details directly before making a decision. For local searchers comparing auto insurance agencies in Philadelphia, the address, weekday and Saturday hours, modest review count, and candidly mixed-to-poor feedback offer practical starting points for deciding whether to make contact.

I have used this insurance spot before and I remember the guy very well . He is rude and condescending. I believe he is the owner . I just called for a quote and he hung on me because I told him he was talking over me and we were off to a bad start. How he has remained in business so long is confusing to me with such poor customer service !!!!! I already know my zip code is bad for insurance rates however I am already well versed because I have done my research . Please don’t waste your time using them if you want professional services and a great customer service experience. If you want cheap rates and sass feel free to call them !

I was in here once for business and will never go back again he was indeed the rudest person I have ever met. He chastised Me because I did NOT want to leave my purse and cell phone sitting on his counter. Only a stupid idiot in this city wool let their personal belongins set on someone's counter he actually yelled at me for it. And he did this in front of other customs. The idiot actually picked a fight with me because I didn't WANT to put my belongings on his counter. He's just as ride as the previous review when you are in there for business. He needs Ann attitude adjustment. You don't rule or own the world's dude and it doesn't revolve around YOU and your not good. GET OVER IT You don't own your customers and they're not in there to be told where to set there personal belongings down when they don't want to set them down

Incident Time and Date: 2/8/13 at 1:20pm After calling this agency with only 2 questions concerning vehicle registration, I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. His words were, "Why are you asking me so many questions?", "Just come in and ask them!", which was then followed by him disconnecting the phone call. I am writing this to inform the public about the ignorance and impatience that I had to go through for a simple 3 minute call. In conclusion, if that's the type of professionalism you are looking for within an agency, contact them! (SARCASM)

Horrible experience, customer service is extremely poor. The agent was the one who hung up the phone on me twice! Instead trying to resolve the issue, he instantly decided that he did not want our business! He stated for us to charge insurance company!
