In preparing to buy our first home and doing it in a hot market like Austin, Texas, my wife and I knew we needed to find the right realtor. After a wonderful process working with Stephanie the entire way, I am confident that we could not have found a better one. Along with walking us through every step of the process, Stephanie also had fantastic recommendations from a lender to home inspector that made the process even more smooth. Stephanie does a good job of inserting her opinion when it matters and standing up for her clients when it is needed. I truly do not think the process of buying our first home in Austin would have been as smooth and enjoyable without all of Stephanie's hard work.

We are relocating to Austin for our work and did not realize how hot the housing market is. Stephanie went the extra 100x miles for us!!! The houses were selling so fast so we couldn't even have an opportunity to physically fly over and look at any houses. Everything was done through photos, and Stephanie's FaceTime and videos. She was great because she would point out every flaw of every home to make sure if it was a dealbreaker for me. Some I didn't even care, but she wanted to make sure I see it all. It really felt nice that someone had our back because we can only see things virtually. On top of that, Stephanie kindly stepped in on certain home appointments or delivery of our packages for us because we couldn't move yet. I honestly can't thank her enough for making this stressful process felt so at ease. She was always communicating with us and walked us through every step of the process. That's my mom below at our new house and she even loves Stephanie and my mom pretty much hates everyone. Definitely recommending Stephanie to my friends and family.

Stephanie is a solid pillar in a very uncertain and turbulent market, and I highly recommend her services. We put our home up for sale just as the market turned and what we thought would be a quick sale turned into a difficult stretch of uncertainty. Stephanie helped us stay confident throughout the entire process and worked very hard to make our home stand out from the others. Everything from staging, professional photography, marketing, and sound advice helped sell our house while others in the neighborhood stagnated. Likewise, when it came time to purchase, she was invaluable. She was always responsive and would drop everything to answer a question, pull up disclosures, or help us with a last-minute request to view a property. She was on it from the word go with solid insight to the market, the terms and conditions of putting in offers, and on occasion our therapist (lol) when something we wanted was just financially out of reach. Ultimately, we found the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and were able to negotiate the purchase to be 50k under asking! A specific example of Stephanie’s dedication and exemplary customer service comes to mind. My wife and I found a property we were really interested in, however Stephanie was out of state at a conference along with most of her colleagues who might have shown us the home in her absence. Stephanie, knowing the market and the home we were wanting to look at, arranged for another realtor from a different company to show us the house, which she paid for out of her own pocket. She could have easily explained the situation and set a viewing up for her return, but she didn’t, she knew what we wanted and delivered. I cannot stress enough what a wonderful person, and competent realtor, Stephanie is. I believe this so strongly that I shared her contact with my friends who were also selling/buying and they signed with her as well.

Stephanie did an AMAZING job selling our home in Cedar Creek - she carefully walked us through the whole process of reviewing comps, setting a price, setting up the house for pictures and showings, and handled everything. She kept us in the loop throughout the negotiations, the inspection, the appraisal, etc. - it could not have gone better. We would highly recommend Stephanie for the purchase of a new home or selling your current one. Couldn't be happier with how this all went.
