Steven Tran was an all-star investor friendly agent who helped me hunt down a duplex in a very hot market. He was successful in not only getting an offer accepted, but did so while I was using an FHA loan, and all while I was virtual in Chicago. Steven was able to take great videos with commentary of properties to make it feel like I was there and then send follow-up texts/emails with additional info, upside considerations, etc. Steven also set up calls with Alex Phan who is also a part of Diverse Realty Group to help provide options and explain implications of certain scenarios throughout various offers and after offer acceptance.
