Sign in to reviewI absolutely loved it. So fragrant and aromatic. The best food I had in awhile. I will be back for sure. Friendly and fast service. 2 or more could have ate off the meal. I had spicy catfish and veggie eggrolls.
I came at lunch and it was empty. I ordered my food and then realized I would be late so I asked to pay soon after ordering and the staff was very accommodating. They were also ready with suggestions about what dish to eat and what hot sauce goes well with the dish. The food was soooo good! Even without the hot sauce I was extraordinarily pleased. The waiter also made a very good observation and brought a To-go box so that I could box the rest and immediately leave.
Rainy day hot porkbelly curry yummy. I've been going to SR for a few years the food is always good. I had the chicken wings I'm going back tomorrow for more.
This establishment is a small business on the Fruitvale area off of E14th (International Blvd.) Let me tell you the place is small but the food is well worth it. I’ve never really ventured into enhancing my palate but this place did not disappoint!! The food was hot and quick even after I got home, my food was still piping high. The eggrolls were still piping hot, and none of my food was soggy. I was able to eat it a day later and it was still delicious. I’ve only experienced Thai food two other times and was not disappointed. I’m excited to go back and try other dishes. If you’re in the area and you love to try the communities cuisines please go there you won’t regret it. They stay open till 9pm. Most people assume when you’re in Oakland, there’s always so much drama confusion but this little shop is in the heart of Oakland and is thriving.
It was delicious! Don't be fooled by the photos posted here, just go to their website and see their full menu and pictures there. You can order there to go or pick up too. We had dinner in the place and wanted to try different things. The place is small and cozy, the decoration is beautiful and the space looks clean and nice. The service was fast, and welcoming. Also the server made sure as we were ordering to much, to let us know when it was too much, and we appreciated it. When the food arrived we were so happy all looked so good and tasty and it got even better when we tried it. So good and so generous! The spring rolls were so tasty and the sauce was great too. The Cashew nut Chicken wok was sweet and savory and a little spicy with a really nice texture and fresh vegetables. The chicken panang curry was also amazing, with a taste of coconut and fresh vegggies. Really nice food. We (2ppl) ate enough to be full and brought home some left overs. The total price was 48 + tip, which is a fair price for the quality, the service and the amount of food they served us. I'd definitely come back and recommend others to come try.
