I’ve been going here for about a year and I always have a great experience. I see Katie every time because she is amazing at detailed designs and always shapes the nails exactly right! I added some pictures of more recent sets she’s done for me. The spa itself has fantastic customer service and is always clean. People are friendly. Customers get a couple complimentary drinks as well which is nice. They’re very flexible with availability and I never have to wait when I set an appointment. They do take walkins as well but evenings are busy so I recommend calling ahead. I put the price range for 120-140 but you can absolutely get your nails done here for closer to 60-80 including tip, I just like lots of designs that tend to be time consuming.

I have been going here to see Kaitie for my nails for over a year now and she gets it right every time! I never been one to only stick with one person when it comes to nail salons. I would just walk in and ask for my nails to be done, but now that I’ve found Kaitie, I always make an appointment to guarantee I see her. She’s professional, nice, and always makes sure I am happy with what she is doing through the entire process. Now that she knows me well, she reads my mind when it comes to what I like or envision. I also appreciate how she takes her time with finding the perfect colors I want for my nails. She’s also helped me step out of my normal style of nails and get a different shape, which was the best decision ever! I’m never going back to square round anymore! Y’all go see my girl Kaitie!

First off, I just have to say—these ladies are AMAZING. Phoenix did my nails and Ivy did my toes, and both of them absolutely killed it. Not only are they incredibly talented, but they also have the best personalities. Every time I come in, I’m genuinely excited to see them—they’re fun, welcoming, and just make the whole experience feel so comfortable. They’re patient, understanding, and you can tell they truly care about their work. Nothing feels rushed, and they always make sure you leave happy. On top of that, they’re just beautiful souls inside and out. The customer service here is top tier, and honestly, the whole staff is just incredible. I love coming here every time, and I highly recommend both Phoenix and Ivy—and this nail salon in general. You will not be disappointed!

I did acrylic toes and deluxe package. Nhi did my nails and she was great!! 🥰🫶🏽 She does her job well with great attention to detail. I will be coming back for sure. She is also very attentive and listens to what I say. I don’t have much to ask since I feel that she knows her job well. It’s literally what I wanted, if not, better! 🥰 …

The person who did my nails did an amazing job. I have a hard time trying new salons and I just moved to the Arlington area but Jason did my nails he did a great job! I received so many compliments. However, my toes were terrible. The paint came off even after waiting 2 hours before doing anything and all I did was take a shower. They were closed until Wednesday due to the storm and I’ve been busy all week due to my birthday and they refused to help me fix it. They say they wouldn’t have missed a call but I just call them and the robot said that the number wasn’t taking calls. But I mean to each its own. I got regular polish but this isn’t my first time getting regular polish. If it wasn’t for the fact I wanted to pay for convenience, I could’ve done it at home and got a better result. The manager was being rude and coercing the lady on the phone to be rude as well cause she started off very helpful. It just sucks that I couldn’t wear the heels I bought for my birthday. I believe the person who did my toes is Thuy. But again, I got regular polish so I know that could play a part but nothing was done to seal the polish anyways.
