About

Subham Supermarket is listed on FindALoco in Charlotte, NC with address, phone, website, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Indian Grocery Store.

Subham Supermarket is an Indian grocery store at 8630 Camfield St in Charlotte, NC, serving shoppers looking for Indian groceries and fresh meat. Customer feedback describes a large inventory, making the market a useful place to browse for a range of grocery needs in one visit. Reviews also mention a restaurant and food court inside the market, including a neighboring Chat and Dosa business. This combination may suit people who want to shop and consider a meal at the same location, while keeping in mind that shopping and dining experiences can vary.

Fresh meat is one of the specific reasons customers mention visiting Subham Supermarket. One reviewer praised the marinated chicken, goat head, and goat stomach, describing the meat as fresh and the service as good. Other feedback is less positive: a customer who ordered mutton curry reported an unpleasant taste and concerns about freshness. These accounts reflect individual experiences rather than a guarantee, so shoppers can use them as context when deciding what to purchase. If fresh meat is a priority, asking staff about available cuts and preparation may help you choose what best fits your needs.

The restaurant and food court have received mixed feedback as well. Some customers have enjoyed dishes they had tried previously, while one breakfast buffet review criticized the sambar, kesari, poori, and dosa. The contrast in reviews suggests that food quality may not be consistent across visits or dishes. The market has an overall customer rating of 3.8 from 197 reviews, and at least one reviewer noted that management and staff took customer feedback seriously and were working to address concerns. That feedback offers a measured picture: there are positive experiences, along with areas customers would like to see improve.

Price is another consideration for shoppers comparing Indian grocery stores in Charlotte. A reviewer appreciated the market's large selection but felt some items cost more than at Patel's, estimating a difference of about 25 cents to $2 depending on the item. Prices can vary by product, so checking the cost of the items on your list may be worthwhile. Subham Supermarket may be a practical option for Charlotte-area shoppers seeking Indian groceries and a selection of fresh meat, especially when inventory and convenience matter. For the most useful visit, compare prices as needed and treat dining reviews as varied rather than uniform. Business hours were not provided in the available information, so confirm current hours before traveling.

I really appreciate the management and staff for taking customer feedback seriously. After receiving some negative reviews, they proactively addressed many of the concerns, and while a few areas are still a work in progress, it’s clear they are committed to continuous improvement. 🙌 It’s not easy to satisfy every customer, but they are doing their best—and it shows. The store now feels well-managed, organized, and more responsive to customer needs. Thank you for bringing in products that remind me of home—from groceries and Pooja items to fresh veggies and traditional snacks. It’s truly comforting to find everything I used to get in my own country. Great job to the entire team for listening, improving, and making the shopping experience better for everyone!

Loved the marinated chicken—absolutely delicious! The goat head and goat stomach were also very fresh. ❤️ Based on my personal experience, Subham Market has really fresh meat and great service. Thank you! 😊 …

I ordered the mutton curry from Shubham today because I had it before and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely different. The curry had a very unpleasant taste, and the mutton seemed old or not fresh. The flavor was so bad that I couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing the entire dish away. It was very disappointing, especially because I ordered from here based on my previous positive experience. I hope this was just an isolated incident and that the restaurant pays closer attention to the freshness and quality of the food they serve.

Very disappointing experience today. We ordered the breakfast buffet, and almost everything tasted awful. The sambar was watery and oily like soup, the kesari had a jam-like texture, the poori was hard like a cracker, and the dosa was completely bland. I strongly do not recommend their food court.
